Throughout my time at CML, I continue to remember where I have been both in life and in employment. I have worked primarily in customer service for just over 13 years. I have worked as an Intern (in high school), worked in a grocery store (twice), worked at what's now known as FedEx ground, worked in a call center (for a time as the youngest manger), then worked as a temporary for a time, in a plastics factory (where I nearly burnt my lungs up), did more temporary work (data entry at Highlights), worked part time as a medical interviewer (again in a call center), and finally worked full time in a call center during the nightshift.
That basically summed up all of 4 1/2 years of employment. I spent that time trying to find my niche. One of my favorite jobs was working in the call center (which gave me insight later on.)
I just think that I have been lucky to find CML when I did. Because it was completely by accident.
